Individuals join Doctor Shannon for one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting, with virtual sessions available. Depending on the level of comfort, Doctor Shannon can meet with adolescent patients either alone or with a family member. Individual therapy sessions typically last 45 minutes.
Therapist-led family therapy is useful both as a supplement and alternative to individual therapy, allowing for real-life feedback and interaction among participating patients.
